Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 10th August 2006.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only .

Section 2Amendment to the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 2005

In Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 2005 (Band 3 Charges – Provision of Appliances) paragraph (i) shall be omitted.
