Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Procedure Act 1997 (Amendment) Order 2006, and shall come into force on 1st September 2006.

Section 2Amendment to the Civil Procedure Act 1997

In section 2 of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 (Rule Committee), in subsection (2)(c), for “one district judge” substitute “either one or two district judges”.
