The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement) (No. 7) Order 2006
Section 2
Section 144 of and Schedule 10 to the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (parental compensation orders) shall come into force on 20th July 2006 in the areas specified in the Schedule to this Order.
Section 1
The counties of Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire.
Section 2
The cities of Leicester and York.
Section 3
The metropolitan boroughs of Gateshead and South Tyneside.
Section 4
The London boroughs of Southwark and Wandsworth.
