The Army, Air Force and Naval Discipline Acts (Continuation) Order 2006
Section 2
The Army Act 1955 , the Air Force Act 1955 and the Naval Discipline Act 1957 shall, instead of expiring on 31st August 2006, continue in force until 31st December 2006.
