Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 14th August 2006.

Section 2

(1) Each of the names specified in paragraph (2), being names that are not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for the Kurdistan Workers' Party (Partiya Karkeren Kurdistan) ( PKK ), being an organisation listed in that Schedule .
(2) Those names are—
(a) Kongra Gele Kurdistan, and
(b) KADEK.
