Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 20th July 2006.

Section 2Amendment to the Films Co-production Agreements Order 1985

The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985 shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule the following—

Section 3Revocations

The following Orders are hereby revoked—
(a) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1985 ;
(b) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1990 ;
(c) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1991 ;
(d) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1993 ;
(e) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 1994 ;
(f) the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2000 .
