Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006.

Section 2

(1) The following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2006 shall come into force on 25th July 2006.

(2) Those provisions are—

(a) sections 23 to 25;

(b) section 37(5) to the extent that it has not already been brought into force; and

(c) the entries in Schedule 3 relating to paragraph 36(1) of Schedule 8 to the Terrorism Act 2000 and section 306(2) and (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 .
