Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A249 Trunk Road (Iwade Bypass to Queenborough Improvement) (Derestriction) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 31st July 2006.

The A249 Trunk Road (Iwade Bypass to Queenborough Improvement) (Derestriction) Order 2006
Section 2
The lengths of the new Trunk Road specified in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be restricted roads for the purposes of section 81 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Section 3
In this Order:
“the new Trunk Road” means the new Trunk Road on the Isle of Sheppey in the Borough of Swale in the County of Kent constructed in pursuance of the A249 Trunk Road (Iwade Bypass to Neatscourt roundabout and Bridge) Order 2000
