Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.3)(England) Order 2006.
(2) In this Order “the 2005 Act ” means the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
(3) This Order applies in England.

Section 2Commencement of section 84 of the 2005 Act

Section 84 of the 2005 Act, to the extent that it is not already in force , shall come into force on 1st October 2006.
