Section 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Day Care and Child Minding (Registration Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 2nd October 2006.

(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.

(3) In these Regulations “the 2005 Regulations ” means the Day Care and Child Minding (Registration Fees) (England) Regulations 2005 .

Section 2 Amendment of the 2005 Regulations

The 2005 Regulations are amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4.

Section 3 Amendment of the 2005 Regulations

In regulation 3—

(1) for “£14”, in each place where it appears, substitute “£18”;

(2) for “£121” substitute “£150”.

Section 4 Amendment of the 2005 Regulations

In regulation 4—

(1) for “£11”, in each place where it appears, substitute “£14”;

(2) for “£94” substitute “£120”.
