Section 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

(3) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 .

Section 2 Amendments to the principal Order

(1) The principal Order is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) of this article.

(2) In article 3(6) (exclusion from use classes), at the end add “(m) as a casino.”

(3) In Part D (Use Classes) of the Schedule to the principal Order, in Class D2(c) omit “or casino”.
