Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2001 shall come into force on 25th August 2006—
(a) section 29 (Custody);
(b) section 30 (Conditional release from custody).
