Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2001(“ the Act ”) shall come into force on 3rd February 2006—

section 32(1) to (8);

section 32(9) so far as it is not already in force;

section 33;

Schedule 5 so far as it is not already in force.

Section 3

In relation to sections 32 and 33 of, and paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 of Schedule 5 to, the Act, article 2 only applies to incidents which occur on or after 3 rd February 2006.
