Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Community Legal Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 2nd October 2006.

(2) In this Order a reference to an article by number alone is a reference to the article so numbered in the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000 .

Section 2 Amendments to the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000

In article 2(1), in the definition of “assessing authority”, delete “Regional”.

Section 3 Amendments to the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000

In article 5(1) —

(a) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “pilot”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (e) omit “or”;

(c) after sub paragraph (f) insert—

; or

(g) as part of the Community Legal Advice Centres and Community Legal Advice Networks.
