Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cadishead Primary School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 30th September 2006.

Section 2Exemption from the School Session Regulations

Regulation 3(a) of the Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body in relation to the Cadishead Primary School of Allotment Road, Cadishead, Manchester M44 5JD.

Section 3Time period

This Order shall have effect until 31 st January 2007.
