Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2006.

(2) This Order extends to England, Wales and Northern Ireland only.

Section 2Appointed day

26th September 2006 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002 in so far as that Act is not already in force.
