Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Student Fees (Amounts)(England)(Amendment) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 1st September 2007.

Section 2 Increases to the prescribed basic and higher amounts

The Student Fees (Amounts)(England) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows:

(a) in regulation 4 for “£1200” substitute “£1,225” and for “£3000” substitute “£3,070” and

(b) in regulation 5 for “£600” substitute ““£610” and for “£1500” substitute “£1,535”
