Section 1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Collective Redundancies (Amendment) Regulations 2006.

Section 2 Commencement

These Regulations shall come into force on 1 October 2006.

Section 3 Duty to notify Secretary of State

(1) Section 193 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 shall be amended as follows.
