Section 1
This Scheme may be cited as the M4 Motorway (Theale to Winnersh Section) Connecting Roads Scheme 1968 (Variation) Scheme 2006 and shall come into force on 22nd September 2006.

Section 2
The M4 Motorway (Theale to Winnersh Section) Connecting Roads Scheme 1968 is hereby varied as follows:
(i) for the schedule to that Scheme substitute the schedule to this Scheme;
(ii) for the definition of “the deposited plan” in article 4 of that Scheme, substitute “means the plan numbered HA16MP/008 marked “The M4 Motorway (Theale to Winnersh Section) Connecting Roads Scheme 1968 (Variation) Scheme 2006” and deposited at ODPM-DfT Records Management Branch, Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA”.
