Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Special Health Authorities (Summarised Accounts) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 24th March 2006.

Section 2Summarised Accounts of Special Health Authorities

Section 98(4) of the National Health Service Act 1977 (requirement to prepare summarised accounts) shall not apply to the Special Health Authorities listed in the Schedule for the financial year ending on 31st March 2006.
