Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (Designation) (England) (No.7) Order 2006 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

Section 2 Identification of site and designation of restricted area

(1) The site in respect of which this Order is made is hereby identified as the site where a vessel lies, or may lie, wrecked on the sea bed in position Latitude 50°03.335826 North, Longitude 05°16.911581 West .

(2) The area within a distance of 150 metres of Latitude 50°03.335826 North, Longitude 05°16.911581 West, but excluding any part of that area which lies above the high water mark of ordinary spring tides, shall be a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.

Section 3 Variation

The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No.1) Order 1982 is hereby varied by the omission of paragraph 1 of the Schedule.
