Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the District of North Shropshire (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2006.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment to the 2000 Order

In article 9(3) of the District of North Shropshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2000 the words “Newtown” and “Wem” shall be transposed.
