Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Borough of Waverley (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2006.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Numbers of borough councillors

(1) The number of councillors to be elected for Haslemere East and Grayswood borough ward shall be 3.

(2) The number of councillors to be elected for Hindhead borough ward shall be 2.

Section 3Amendment to the 2000 Order

Article 2(b) of the Borough of Waverley (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2000 shall be revoked.
