Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 26 th October 2006.

Section 2Amendment of the Channel Tunnel (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1994

In article 7 of the Channel Tunnel (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1994 for the words “and the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 ” there shall be substituted the words “the Terrorism Act 2000 and the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 ”.
