Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Cosmetic Products (Safety) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 29th November 2006.

Section 2Amendment to the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2004

Regulation 5(15)(d) of the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2004 is amended by substituting for the date “31st November 2006” the date “30th November 2006”.
