Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st December 2006.

Section 2Amendment to the Enterprise Act 2002

Schedule 15 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Enactments conferring functions) is amended by inserting at the end “Gambling Act 2005 (c.19) ”.
