Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No.2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 30th November 2006.

Section 2Closure of Gravesend County Court

The Gravesend County Court shall cease to be held.

Section 3Amendments to the Civil Courts Order 1983

The Civil Courts Order 1983 shall be amended as follows:–

(a) In Schedule 3 delete the entry in the first column relating to Gravesend County Court.
