Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006.

Section 2Commencement of provisions

Section 25 of the Act (sustainable development) shall come into force on 31st March 2007.

Section 3Commencement of provisions

Section 26 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Act (extension to Northern Ireland of the Provisions of SOCAP 2005) shall come into force on 1st December 2006.
