Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1 st April 2006.

Section 2Designation as body subject to investigation
The NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) is designated as a Special Health Authority to which section 2(1) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993 (bodies subject to investigation by the Health Service Commissioner for England) applies.
