Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 19 th December 2006.

Section 2Amendment of the Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) Regulations 1983

The Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) Regulations 1983 shall be amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) Regulations 1983

In Schedule 2 in paragraphs 3(c), 3(d) and 6 for the words “not less than seven days” substitute “not less than fourteen days”.
