Section 1Citation, commencement, application and revocation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond The American International University in London) Order 2006 and comes into force on 31st December 2006.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England .
(3) The Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond College) ( No. 2) Order 1996 is revoked.

Section 2Designation of awards

Any award granted or to be granted before 31st December 2016 by Richmond The American International University in London, is designated as a recognised award for the purposes of section 214 of the Education Reform Act 1988.
