Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Newfield School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2006 and comes into force on 27 December 2006.

Section 2Exemption from the School Session Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 are not to apply to the governing body of Newfield School of Lees Hall Road, Sheffield S8 9JP.

Section 3Time period

This Order has effect until 31 st January 2007.
