Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Patents (Convention Countries) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006.

(2) The Patents (Convention Countries) Order 2004 is revoked.

Section 2

The countries specified in the Schedule are declared to be convention countries for the purposes of section 5 of the Patents Act 1977.
