Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006.

(2) In this Order “the 1993 Act ” means the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 .

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the National Lottery Act 2006 shall come into force on 1st December 2006—

(a) subsections (1) and (2) of section 7 and subsection (3) of that section (except in so far as it relates to the insertion of section 22(3B)(e) of the 1993 Act),

(b) subsection (1) of section 13 (except in so far as it relates to the addition of section 25(6)(b) of the 1993 Act) and subsection (2) of that section (except in so far as it relates to the addition of section 25A(13) of the 1993 Act),

(c) section 15,

(d) sections 17 to 20,

(e) section 21 and Schedule 3.
