Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Regional Spatial Strategies) (Examinations in Public) (Remuneration and Allowances) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 21st January 2007.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

The Town and Country Planning (Regional Spatial Strategies) (Examinations in Public) (Remuneration and Allowances) (England) Regulations 2004 are revoked.
