Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2006.

(2) This Order comes into force on 22 nd January 2007.

(3) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967.

Section 2 Amendments to the Act

In Schedule 2 to the Act—

(a) insert the following entries in the appropriate place in alphabetical order—

(d) for “Independent Review Panel on the Classification of Borderline Medicines” substitute “Independent Review Panel on the Classification of Borderline Products”.

Section 3 Amendments to the Act

In Schedule 4 to the Act, delete the entries relating to—

Dental Vocational Training Authority Appeal Body

Registered Inspectors of Schools Appeal Tribunals.

Section 4 Revocations

The Orders specified in the Schedule are revoked.
