Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 22nd January 2007.

Section 2 Revocations

The following Orders are revoked—

(a) the Health Service Commissioner for England (Rural Dispensing Committee) Order 1983 ;

(b) the Health Service Commissioner for England (National Blood Authority) Order 1994 ; and

(c) the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) Order 2004 .
