This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2006.

The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2006
Section 2
(1) The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Column 1 of Schedule 1, for “Sections 80, 81” substitute “Section 80 (to the extent that that section is not already in force) and sections 81”.
(3) In Column 1 of Schedule 2, omit “Section 285”.
