Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Order 2006.

Section 2Commencement

This Order comes into force on 5th January 2007.

Section 3Amendment

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990 , after “The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys”, insert “The Association of Law Costs Draftsmen”.
