Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 8) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th February 2007.

Section 2Specification of approved local authorities
(1) Warrington Borough Council is specified as an approved local authority for the purposes of section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 (civil penalties for bus lane contraventions) .
(2) The City of Wolverhampton is specified as an approved local authority for the purposes of section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 (civil penalties for bus lane contraventions) .
Section 3Amendment to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005
(1) The Schedule to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005 shall be amended as set out in paragraph (2).
(2) After the row in the table relating to Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, insert the following row—
