Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Immigration Services Commissioner (Designated Professional Body) (Fees) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 16th March 2006.

Section 2Fees
(1) The fee to be paid to the Immigration Services Commissioner by each designated professional body for the year 1 st April 2005 to 31 st March 2006 shall be the sum specified in the Schedule to this Order.
(2) The fee shall be paid on or before 31 st March 2006.
