Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions in Further Education) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 31st March 2006.

Section 2
The Education (Designated Institutions in Further Education) Order 1993 is amended as follows—
(a) Omit Article 3.
(b) In Schedule 1, omit “Workers' Educational Association, London E2”.
