Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Subordinate Provisions Order 2006 and shall come into force on 31st March 2006.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2Modification of commencement date

In article 1(3) of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 for “1st April 2006” substitute “1st October 2006”.
