Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Registered Pension Schemes (Authorised Member Payments) (No. 2) -Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006.

Section 2Payments which are authorised member payments
A payment which satisfies the conditions in article 38(1), 39(1), 40(1) or 41(1) of the Taxation of Pension Schemes (Transitional Provisions) Order 2006 is a payment which a registered pension scheme is authorised to make.
