Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 10th February 2006.

Section 2Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001

(1) Article 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (i) insert—
