Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 4th April 2006.

Section 2Amendment to regulation 5 (Issue of temporary permits)

In regulation 5(1)(b) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2003 for “1st April 2006” there shall be substituted “1st January 2007”.
