Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford – Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 12th April 2006.

Section 2Dangerous goods
In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford – Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998 , for “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 12th Edition issued in 2003” there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic” 13th Edition issued in 2005”.
