Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Victims' Code of Practice) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 3rd April 2006.

The code of practice entitled “The Code of Practice for Victims of Crime” laid before Parliament on 19th October 2005 shall come into operation on 3rd April 2006.
