Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 12th April 2006.

Section 2Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children and qualifying young persons
In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in paragraph (a), for the amount “£170” substitute the amount “£175”; and
(b) in paragraph (b), for the amount “£22” substitute the amount “£23” and for the amount “£170” substitute the amount “£175”.
