Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Judicial Appointments and Discipline (Modification of Offices) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 3rd April 2006.

Section 2 Amendments to Part 3 of Schedule 14 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005

(1) Part 3 of Schedule 14 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 is amended as follows.

(2) After the entry for paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and the office to which paragraph 2 relates insert—

(3) After the entry for regulation 7(1)(b) of the Health Service Medicines (Price Control Appeals) Regulations 2000 and the office to which regulation 7(1)(b) relates insert—

(4) After the entry for section 81(3) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 and the offices to which section 81(3) relates insert—

(6) Omit the entries for the following enactments and the offices to which those enactments relate—

(a) paragraphs 1 and 4(1) Schedule 5 to the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002;

(b) regulations 3(1), 5(1)(a) and 8(1) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001.
